DELIVERY TIMES
All orders are shipped with UPS, DHL, FEDEX, or your local courier depending on your shipping address. We need 2-3 working days to process and dispatch orders from our warehouse. In peak periods, such as Holidays or Black Friday & Cyber Monday please allow up to 4 business days for dispatch.
Orders are shipped from US for orders originating in US. Should a visitor purchase and buy a NeonMoon light and wish for it to be shipped, we may ship from a distributor in Australia, Hong Kong, or Singapore depending on the proximity of shipping address you provided and our availability. This way we can get you your items faster rather than waiting for us to ship it from the US.
Please Note: tracking may not be available to shipping outside the US.

COVID-19 Update: Some packages may experience a 1-2 week shipping delay. Our logistics partners are doing the best to update as our logistics partners try to circumvent global lockdowns.
Should a visitor makes a purchase through Paypal E-check, their order will wait additional processing period until the payment is verified.
If a visitor enters a wrong address and the postal service is not able to deliver the product because of that reason, we will be unable to issue a refund.

Any and all expenses of import duties & taxes are covered by us - you only ever pay your final price here in the checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
Once we process and ship your order, you will immediately receive your Order Tracking Number (OTN) via email. If you didn't receive your Order Tracking Number (OTN) and 5 business days have already passed, please contact us and we will find a reason or solution as soon as possible.
